# UTM Naming Template Suite — Quick Start

Use this suite as the **pre-build naming control layer**. It exists to hold governed values, row state, ownership, exception handling, and build handoff before final URLs go live.

## Start here
1. Open the workbook if more than one person will touch the launch.
2. Use **Launch Rows** for active requests.
3. Keep **Approved Values** protected or limited to governance owners.
4. Use **Approval Signoff** when a row is ready for naming signoff before build.
5. Log one-off naming changes in **Exception Register** instead of free-typing them into the row.
6. Move retired or superseded rows into **Archive**.

- version tags for reruns and migrations

## This suite does not own
- final URL assembly
- batch building
- QA validation of final links
- redirect survival
- post-launch reporting interpretation
- full campaign evidence logging
